Inner Freedom is a state of presence, expansion and joy that is not conditioned by outer circumstances.

Most of us have experienced moments of unconditional freedom where time disappears and we are one with everything.

Perhaps you were walking on a beach and experienced oneness with the waves, the wind and the sand. Perhaps you have experienced flow while you were doing sports, dancing, painting or playing music. Perhaps yoga or meditation has led you to a place of complete inner freedom and Presence.

The experiences of unconditional freedom and joy are often limited to short moments as long as we are in the prison of the mind. When mind regains control we move back into experiencing life in duality (separation).

Perhaps we experience restlessness, comparisons, judgement, inner and outer conflicts, difficult programming and behavioral patterns etc. It feels like we are glued into the thoughts and emotions – and we are more easily caught up in stress, fear, depression and anger. It is also possible that we experience life as normal and ok – but somewhere there is a deeper feeling that something is lacking in our lives……..

This website is about the journey towards a permanent state of inner freedom. A state where the glue on thoughts and emotions has dissolved and you are free to experience the moment as it is, without being projected into the past or the future. A state where each moment is infinitely full of meaning and the feeling of lack is gone.

We cannot tell you how your path looks – that is for you to discover – but we can share with you the profound tools and teachings that facilitated the breakthroughs for us.

You can find descriptions of many paths to inner freedom in words and images but the most transforming is to experience unshakeable presence embodied. If you feel inspired to do so please see the Activities/Calendar or send an email to to join our mailing list.

According to an old legend…

The question was where to hide their freedom. So the Chief God called a council of the gods to help him decide.

“Let’s bury it deep in the earth,” said the gods. But the Chief God answered, “No, that will not do because humans will dig into the earth and find the freedom.”

Then the gods said, “Let’s sink it in the deepest ocean……
