Experiences

I have returned home in a changed state! I'm not sure what to call it but it does feel good. I'm noticing that when things come up for me I am trying to  witness them and stay detached and almost all of the time I am succeeding and  the charge connected with the emotion certainly does fade at a quicker rate compared to how I would have been before.

So I give eternal thanks to you  both and give eternal thanks to the spirit that has moved me to be in this most  welcome and blessed position. It goes beyond words and this has touched me so  deeply.

I feel that the sense of calm has increased but is coupled with a gentle  excitement or gentle flow of adrenaline that is keeping me alert and grounded.  Normally after spiritual practice I am quite ungrounded but now I am feeling grounded. My life has definitely changed for ever!
