Dear Bruhn & Cecil,

We wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the gift you have brought into our lives.

My wife Margare and I attended the evening seminar in Cambridge and afterwards signed on for & attended the London workshop.

We have had some wonderful and strange experiences since, but mostly a sense of freedom - what could be best described as a witness state - free from playing victim to the mind's chatter and related anxieties. Also many bodily pains and stresses have simply ceased. It feels like someone unlocked the gate to the cage we were kept prisoner, and we are now venturing outside.. slowly opening to a growing sense of freedom.
