Experiences
One of the wonderful things about life is that it never copies itself. Everything is fresh all the time – something we experience very powerfully, when we are set free from the prison of the mind.
When we share our experiences, we are not only inspiring others, we are also amplifying the effect of the experience in ourselves. The energy grows outside and inside of us. This is why we invite you to write about your experiences and send them to us…and then see what happens.
It does not have to be about thundering miracles – it can be about subtle changes having an effect on your daily life. And it does not have to be about experiences of freedom – it can also be about blocks you have experienced. Send your experience to info@innerfreedom.dk.

"Thank you for the last three weeks .... it was just absolutely great. I have been trying to... think of ways that it could have been improved but I have not been able to think of anything. The program was so rich ..... I loved everything from the energy yoga, the walking during the Pilgrimage ..... perfect after the intensity of the first week ..... the raw food, EFT, TAT, Resonance Work, meditation, teachings ..... and of course the movies. I am so glad I was able to be there ... it all worked so well and enabled me to move through so much stuff in such a short time.

I want to thank you both for 3 fantastic weeks in your lovely new retreat center where I all.. along felt that I was met and held, despite my sometimes strong resistance. After 3 weeks with you on the island, I feel to a much greater extent in contact with "myself" (physically, mentally and spiritually) and I feel that I in general have another, and more relaxed approach to life and what it has in store. It's certainly not the last time I participate in your retreats ྶ.

The state of the Samsoe retreat is still in me.
Apparantly I have lost the ability to be irritated or worry unnecessarily. I almost observe incidents in life for what they are, namely incidents and not me. I am not these incidents. I feel a deep trust and feel carried by a very positive energy........

I felt as if I had made , not just one, but several shifts. What a beautiful bunch of people, so loving, supportive, but yet courageous enough to extend and push themselves. In that "going further", I feel that there was such a connection with "all"....
