March 12-19 + March 19-26 , 2011, “Inner Skiing – Inner Freedom”, Ski and meditation retreat in the mountains in the Dolomites, Italy.
To experience flow in different sports is for many people a doorway to the spiritual dimension. To be one with the skis, the snow, the mountains and to flow down the piste like a river is a feeling of total freedom.
The instructor Bruhn combines outdoor flow-skiing classes with indoor teachings, meditations, Presence and energy work. We will stay in a very cosy and comfortable mountain hotel with a fantastic location/ambience and good food. Indoor work morning and evening - skiing all day.or as long as you want.
The second week is for Danish families with children between 9 and 15 years old - 5 places left

June 19th-24th, 2011: “Sacred Scotland - Spaciousness, Stillness and Beauty”
Pilgrimage and Retreat in Scotland - Iona and Kilmartin Glen
We will visit sacred sites on Iona and in Kilmartin and do lots of Presence work in the beautiful retreat place. Iona is world famous as a sacred island and Kilmartin has more than 350 ancient monuments. The “no mind energy” of the beautiful landscapes will energize our inner and outer travels.
The retreat will take place in some beautiful cottages located right by the sea.
